Fill in our simple form in ten minutes. We check your answers against the care we can safely provide, and once your card is held your job goes to our local carers - not an inbox. We email you the first name of your carer and the arrival time before the visit.
The First Visit
We include a free 15-minute set-up check. Your carer walks through for hazards, sights equipment, and confirms the care plan works for you safely. No assessment fee, just care that starts when you need it.

The first visit is booked with 15 extra minutes, at no charge to you.
Those extra 15 minutes are the carer's time, and you are not charged for them. They check the entry works, walk through for hazards, sight any equipment, and confirm what you told us matches what they find.
If something is materially different, they do what is safe, flag it, and we contact you about adjusting the plan. That is the assessment. It happens on the clock, in the first paid visit, instead of two weeks earlier.

What we don't do
To keep our carers and clients safe, we don't handle clinical needs like wound care or hoists. We are here for daily living, companionship, and home support. If you need more, we will tell you when we check your request, and point you to My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or your GP.
